Two experiences made it an easy decision to head straight to Rotherwood Education and sign up with them. 
Firstly, my brother was very happy, for over seven years, working via their Burnley team, until his teaching post went permanent. Secondly, I had seen friends messed around by other agencies, so when I moved into teaching I headed straight to the team at Rotherwood Education. 
All the team are lovely, respectful, and pleasant to work with. Megan had me instantly at ease during my initial conversation that explored my qualifications and what I was looking to do, Charlotte made light work of getting me ‘cleared’ and ready to start work, and Annette is phenomenal at calling around schools and securing bookings.

From a work perspective, the team will confirm your availability each week and aim to fill your available time with a booking you’d be a good fit for. Annette keeps in mind both sets of preferences to ensure both you and the school are going to be comfortable and happy. Sometimes you’ll know in advance which school you’re heading to; on other days you’ll get a call in the morning to offer you an available booking. Each time you’ll get an email or text to confirm the school’s details and what times you’re required for. Payment is efficient and arrives the following week after you have worked for them.
Throughout everything you have the full support of a lovely team, and if ever you’re not available it’s not a problem. The team simply take you off the availability rota for that day. No fuss, everything amicable. It truly couldn’t be made any easier, and this is a factor the team prides themselves on.

Overall, what’s most struck me is the Rotherwood’s lovely welcome and quick sign-up stays true each day you work with them, and for that I’m always grateful.
